It doesn’t mean much to say “I’m a photographer” because today, everyone is a “photographer”. Instead I like to think of myself as someone who makes everyone look good in pictures.

I’ve always liked to make things “pretty” and have always seen the beauty in people. It sounds cliché, but it’s true, and that’s what brought me to Portrait Photography.

Working with a person to create a personal or professional portrait, exploring the different aspects of their personality, and making an image that will become part of their personal history is the reason I go to work every day.

My Work

I specialise in portrait photography, for individuals and companies. working in the studio or on location, I work closely with my clients to create meaningful and beautiful images.

As Ansel Adams put it very correctly: “You do not take a photograph, you make it”, which requires not only equipment, but a special skill set too.

In addition to owning all the professional photographic and studio equipment, I have years of experience in posing coaching, project management, graphic design, print preparation, professional retouching as well as the psychology of body language… all these “tools” help me achieve that perfect image for you.

My Mission

My mission is to honor and bring out every person’s own unique personality and beauty by providing a full service experience that is glamorous, fun, luxurious and safe.

In addition to creating beautiful professional images, I strive to create the best customer experience for my clients from our first contact until long after delivering the images.

I work with no discrimination of race, age or sexual orientation.

About me

I’m the proud mom of three beautiful children, in love with one amazing man, have a direct wire from my brain to my mouth, live constantly at 120% with my emotions at the tip of my tongue, have bad eye sight and generally see the world with brutal honesty.

I’m a body language and small business coach, author of a photographer’s guide to body language, and speak English and French.

I’m a sponsor sister at Women for Women international

… and I’m a super geek!

Not “just” photography

Photography is definitely an important part of achieving a final image, but there is so much more involved.

First it’s people meeting to achieve a common goal, there is planning, inspiration, creation and humanity, there are technical skills in lighting, cameras, optics and post processing, there is coaching to find the best expressions and angles, and finally there is design to bring the vision to life through production.

It is surprising to many that the time spent on actually taking the photographs is generally only 10% of the time spent on the complete project.
